WELCOME TO THE ROYALETTES WEBSITE ...  Welcome to our website. The Royalettes are a baton twirling team based in Northfield and Oxgangs in Edinburgh. There are currently around 40 girls in the team which is the most we have ever had. Our main aim is to promote the sport of baton twirling but we have recently added dance to our repertoire consisting of cheerleading, ballet, tap, modern and freestyle. Every athlete works extremely hard and shows great enthusiasm. I am very proud of every athlete, they show great dedication and support to one another. Some steps are tricky to master, but practise makes perfect. The main aim is that athletes’ get together enjoy learning, develop their skills and have fun along the way whether it is a team or individual event. Please feel free to look around our website which will tell you more about us. Some will be from my perspective, some from the athletes. British Open Championships, Perth, 2007
Congratulations to all of you who took part at the British Open. You were fantastic!

Thanks to everyone involved in fundraising for the Royalettes.
Entry to the British Open cost £35 per athlete and £60 per team. Thanks to all of our fundraising efforts all of these costs were met out of the team funds, allowing all the girls to benefit from the experience at no additional cost to them or their families. Brilliant!

Troupe members please register on the website
Would all troupe members and their families please register on the web site by clicking the 'Register' link that is displayed in the top, right corner of each page and filling in what details you can.
Once your details have been authorised you will have full access to the site. Private members areas will initially include an area to discuss ways in which we can improve the web site to meet everyones needs, including photo galleries, discussion forums, personal pages, an online store etc etc.
Please register as soon as possible and have your say regarding the future of the royalettes online.
